All fines imposed under this Act may be recovered in the manner prescribed in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.

Repeal Repeal The following Acts are hereby repealed : -

1. (1) The Public Gambling Act, 1867 as in force in the Union Territory of Delhi.
2. (2) The Public Gambling (Punjab Amendment) Act, 1929, (Punjab Act I of 1929) as extended to the Union Territory of Delhi.
