Amendment of section 6.-
- (i) In sub-section (4), for the words “rupees two thousand rupees”, the words “rupees ten thousand” shall be substituted
- (ii) After sub-section
- (4) the following sub-sections shall be inserted. – “(5) A Minister shall be entitled to a conveyance advance up to twelve lakh rupees for purchase of conveyance to be repayable within his term as a Member.
- (6) The rate of interest for the advance referred to in sub-section
- (5) and the mode of recovery thereon shall be such as may be determined by the Government, with the prior approval of the President.” 4. Amendment of section 4 Amendment of section 4. –In the principal Act, in section 4, for the words “four thousand rupees” the words “ten thousand rupees” shall be substituted. 4.
