Superintendence of Fire Service to vest in the Government

The superintendence of, and control over, the Fire Service throughout Delhi shall vest in the Government and the Fire Service shall be administered by the Government in accordance with the provisions of this Act and of any rules made thereunder, through such fire officers as the Govt. may, from time to time, appoint in this behalf.
