- (1) This Act may be called the Delhi Diploma Level Technical Education Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007. (2) It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
