Statutory text
When filed before a Civil Judge. One hundred or one percentum of the valuation of the suit, whichever is more; When filed before a District Judge. Two hundred fifty or one percentum of the valuation of the suit whichever is more; When filed before the High Court. Five hundred or one percentum of the valuation of the suit whichever is more.
