Short title, extent and commencement

(i) This Act may be called the Delhi Commission for Women Act, 1994. (ii) It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. (iii) It shall come into force on such date as the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
