Repeal and Savings

Repeal& Savings: 1) “The National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2007” (Delhi Act No. 11 of 2007) and its amendments “The National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2009” (Delhi Act 03 of 2010) and “The National Capital Territory of Delhi (Incredible India) Bed and Breakfast Establishments (Registration and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2021” (Delhi Act 04 of 2021) are hereby repealed.

2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any registration granted, certificate issued, order made, approval given or proceedings initiated) under the repealed Acts shall,

in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done or

taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.

3) The repeal shall not affect—

1. (a) the previous operation of the repealed Acts or anything duly done or suffered there under;
2. (b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the repealed Acts; or
3. (c) any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation or liability may be instituted, continued or enforced as if the repealed Acts had not been repealed. 4) The provisions of section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 shall apply in relation to the repeal of the said enactments.”
