Authentication of orders and documents of the Prescribed Authority and the Planning and Development Authority.

All permissions, orders, decisions, notices and other documents of any Planning and Development Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Member Secretary of Planning and Development Authority, as the case may be, or such other officer as may be authorized by the Government, or Planning and Development Authority in this behalf.
