Amendment of section 6

Amendment of section 6.— In section 6 of the principal Act,

1. (a) after the words and figure “in Schedule I”, the words, figure and letter “or in Schedule I-A, as the case may be” shall be inserted;
2. (b) in the proviso, after the words “has been paid”, the words, figure and letter “unless such instrument falls within the provisions of section 6-A”, shall be added at the end.
