Statutory text
Short title, extent and commencement.—
- (1) This Act may be called the Indian Partnership (Goa, Daman and Diu Amendment) Act, 1966.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government of Goa, Daman and Diu may, by notification, appoint.
