Establishment, recognition, affiliation, management of, and aid to Schools

1. (2) The Governn~ent may establish and maintain Rny school in the Union territory or'may pmit any person or local authority to establish and maintain any school in the Union territory, subject to compli- ance with the provisions of this Act n~id the nlles made thereunder.
