[Ministers not to draw salary or allowances as members of the Legislative Assembly.— A Minister shall not be entitled to receive salary and allowances under the Goa Salaries and Allowances and Pension of Members of the Legislative Assembly Act, 2004 except the allowances, advances and other benefits admissible to the Minister as a Member of Legislative Assembly under the aforesaid Act, 2004.]
