Statutory text
- (1) The Tree Authority shall meet at least once in three months at such place and time as the Chairman may decide. (2)The quorum to constitute a meeting of the Tree Authority shall be three members referred to in sub-section (2) of section 3. (3)No co-opted member shall have the right to vote at a meeting. (4)In the case of an equality of votes on any matter, the Chairman shall have a second or casting vote.
