5. Appointment of Tree Officer.

Officers and Servants
The Conservator of Forests may, appoint one or more Forest Officers of a rank not below that of an Assistant Conservator of Forests, as Tree Officers for the purposes of this Act.

6. Appointment of other Officers.
Statutory text
The Conservator of Forests may, from time to time, appoint such other officers and servants as he may consider necessary who shall be subordinate to the Tree Officer.
