Delegation of powers

Delegation of powers.— The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, delegate all or any of the powers and duties conferred upon itself or upon any officer or authority under this Act, to any other authority, body or persons, subject to such conditions and restrictions, if any, as may be specified in the notification.
