Extension of Central Act 9 of 1875

Extension of Central Act 9 of 1875.— As from the commencement of this Act, the Indian Majority Act, 1875, shall extend to, and be in force in the Union Territory of Goa, Daman and Diu, subject to the modification that in section 1 thereof, the words “and it shall come into force and have effect only on the expiration of three months from the passing thereof ” shall be omitted.
