Authorization of the expenditure by the Legislative Assembly

Authorization of the expenditure by the Legislative Assembly. If the expenditure incurred out of the Contingency Fund has not been previously authorized by the Legislative Assembly, an application shall be submitted to the Legislative Assembly for authority to incur expenditure and, upon such authorization being granted, the expenditure shall, as soon as possible, be transferred to the Consolidated Fund.
