Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu (Authority for the use of Eyes for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1980.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
