The Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Damanand Diu Motor Vehicles (Taxation on Passengers and Goods) Act, 1974

(1) This Act may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Motor Vehicles (Taxation on Passengers and Goods) Act, 1974. (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
