Chapter I PRELIMINARY

- (1) This Regulation may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Fire and Emergency Service Regulation, 2026.
- (2) It extends to the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
