1. Short title, extent and commencement

Statutory text

(1) This Act may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Public Moneys (Recovery of Dues) Act, 1986. (2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. (3) It shall come into force at once.
