Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Housing Board Act, 1968.
(2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
(3) It shall come in to force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
