Registration of map made under section 8 not required.

(1) Nothing in the Registration Act, 1908, (Central Act 16 of 1908) shall be deemed to require the registration of map made under section 8. (2) All such maps shall, for the purposes of section 49 and 50 of the registration Act, 1908, (Central Act 16 of 1908) deemed to have been and to be registered in accordance with the provisions of that Act: Provided that the maps shall be accessible to the public in the manner prescribed.
