Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968.
- (2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.
- (3) It shall [come into force on such date] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
- (4) It shall apply to the members of the Madhya Pradesh Special Armed force, wherever they may be.
