Short title and commencement. 1.
- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Mandal Sadasya Nirarhata Nivaran (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2006.
- (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force retrospectively with effect from 1st November, 2000.
