- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vas-sthan Dak-halkar (Bhumiswami Adhikaron ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 2003 (No. 16 of 2003). (2) It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall apply to all non-urban areas in the State of Chhattisgarh. (4) It shall come into force from 21st of May, 2003.
