Amendment of section 10

In section 10 of the Principal Act,-

1. (1) In clause
   • (a) of sub-section
2. (2) after the words "and/or purchasing goods specified in schedule I" the words "and/or a registered dealer who manufactures cooked food" shall be inserted and for the word "fifteen" the word "fifty" shall be substituted.
3. (2) In clause
   • (b) of sub-section
4. (2) the words "clause
   • (a) of this section" shall be omitted.
5. (3) Clause
   • (c) of sub-section
6. (2) shall be omitted.
