Constitution of Board.

The Board shall consist of the following persons, namely :— (1) the Chairperson, to be nominated by the Chancellor in the manner prescribed; (2) the Principal Secretary or Secretary, Technical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh, (Ex-officio); (3) the Principal Secretary or Secretary, Information technology, Government of Chhattisgarh, (Ex-officio); ( 4) Director, Technical Education, Government of Chhattisgarh, (Ex-officio); (5) One Professor to be nominated by the Senate; (6) Four persons having special knowledge or practical experience in respect of education, engineering, science or the Information Technology Industry, to be nominated by the Board; (7) Omitted; (8) Three Persons nominated by the Sponsor; (9) Omitted; (10) Director of the Institute (Ex-officio Member Secretary);
