The Indian Tolls (Chhattisgarh Amendment) Adhiniyam, 2001

1. (1) This Act may be called the Indian Tolls (Chhattisgarh Amendment) Act, 2001 (No. 25 of 2002).
2. (2) This shall be applicable in the entire State of Chhattisgarh.
3. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint.

In Section 2 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 (No. 8 of 1851), for the words "for such longer period not exceeding fifteen years" the words "for such longer period not exceeding thirty years" shall be substituted.
