The Chhattisgrh Chikitsa Mahavidyalaon Ke Snatkottar Pathyakramon Main Pravesh Adhiniyam, 2002
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement
(1) This Act may be called the "Chhattisgarh Chikitsa Mahavidyalayon Ke Snatkottar Pathyakrmon Main Pravesh Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 28 of 2002)," (2) It shall extend to the whole of Chhattisgarh, (3) It shall come into force in the official gazelle of Chhattisgarh.
2. The expression "State Government" to include, the State Government as it preexisted prior to 1st November, 2000
The expression "State Government" shall include, and be deemed to have always included, the State Government as it preexisted prior to 1st November, 2000 in relation to area now comprised in the State of Chhattisgarh.
3. The admission to Postgraduate courses in the Medical Colleges of Chhattisgarh to be regulated by rules made by the State Government
The admission to Postgraduate courses in the Medical Colleges of Chhattisgarh shall be regulated by rules made by the State Government.
4. Power to make rules
(1) The State Government may make rules from time to time to carry out the purposes of this Act, and may also amend such rules from time to time (2) All the rules made under this Act shall be laid on the table of the Vidhan Sabha.
5. Savings
(1) The Chhattisgarh Medical Snatkottar Pravesh Precksha Niyam, 2002, shall be deemed to be rules made by the State Government under this Act. (2) All actions taken and acts done under the Chhattigarh Medical Snatkottar Pravesh Parccksha Niyam, 2002 even before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be actions taken and acts done under this Act.
