Statutory text
clause (k) ofsection 2 ofthe Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh Act,2008 (No.21 of2008), (hereinafter referred to as rhe PrincipalAct), the following shall be inserted, namely :- "(k-l) "Department" means depaxhnent as declared by the University."
