Statutory text
(1) The Indian Nursing Home Registration Act, 1912 (1912 No. 4) is hereby repealed. (2) The (Chhattisgarh) Societies Registrations Act, 1893 (1893 No. 3) and other relevant Acts shall be superseded to the extent of inconsistency with this Act. The Chhattisgarh Upcharyagriha Tatha Rogopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye (Registration Tatha Anugyapan) Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 47 of 1973) is hereby repealed.
