Deputation of enrolled members of the Force

1. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the Chhattisgarh Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968 (No. 29 of 1968) and the Chhattisgarh Police Act, 2007 (No. 13 of 2007), the State Government or the Director General of Police shall be competent to depute members of the Chhattisgarh Armed Force and Chhattisgarh Police Force appointed under the CG Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968 (No. 29 of 1968) and the Chhattisgarh Police Act, 2007 (No. 13 of 2007) to the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Security Force, if he is authorised to do so by the State Government.
2. (2) The deputation of force in Chhattisgarh State Industrial Security Force will not be made in excess of the posts (setup) sanctioned by the State Government.
3. (3) Any member of the force can be repatriated to his/her parent unit without assigning any reasons.
