Repeal

The Chhattisgarh Shaskiya Sevak (Adhivarshiki-Ayu) (Sanshodhan) Adhyadesh, 2008 (No. 4 of 2008) is hereby repealed.

1. Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Shaskiya Sevak (Adhivarshiki-Ayu) (Sanshodhan) Act, 2009.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of September, 2008. 2.
