  1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Shaikshanik Sansthan Me Pratarna Ka Pratishedh Adhiniyam, 2001 (no. 27 of 2001).
  2. (2) It extends to the whole of the Chhattisgarh.
  3. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
