Issue of Settlement Order

(1) The designated Committee after verification of the application and within the prescribed period, issue an Order of Settlement in prescribed Form specifying settlement amount therein: Provided that if the designated committee, after due verification of the particulars of application Form, finds the application ineligible, it shall dismiss the application by an order within such period as may be prescribed. (2) The applicant shall make payment of settlement amount as specified in the Order of Settlement within 15 days of issue of such order.
