Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-ninth Year ofthe Republic of India, as follows :- I.
2. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Repealing Act, 2018.
3. (2) It shall come into force from the date ofits publication in the Official Gazette. Short title and commencement.

The enactments specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the fourth column thereof.
