Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Rajim Kumbh (Kalp) Mela Act, 2006. (2) It shall extend to such area as may be notified in the Official Gazette, by the State Government, as the Rajim Kumbh (Kalp) Mela Area, from time to time. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
