15. (1) Where it is expedient to do so, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to or omit from the Schedule any such entry and thereafter the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
- (2) Every notification issued under sub-section (1) shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is issued, before the State Legislative Assembly.
