Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Niji Vyavsayik Shikshan Sanstha (Pravesh Ka Viniyaman Avam Shulk Ka Nirdharan) Adhiniyam, 2008. (2) It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
