Amendment of Section 39. In sub-section
- (1) and
- (2) of Section 39 of Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956) hereinafter called Principal Act, for words "Divisional Commissioner" the words "Director Urban Planning and Development" shall be substituted.
