  1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2012/2016. (2) It shall come into force/deemed to have come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification, appoint/the 15th day of February, 2016.
