This Act sets up the Maharishi University of Management and Technology, a private university in Chhattisgarh. It sets out the University's powers, its jurisdiction including for distance education, and its officers: the Visitor, Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Deans, Registrar and Finance Officer. It also establishes its authorities, such as the Executive Council.
