The Chhattisgarh Madarsa Board (Sanshodhan) Act, 2007

1. (1) This Act may be callcd the Chhartisgarh Madarsa Board (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2007.
2. (2) It shall k dmrncd ro havc come into forcerctrospcc~ively with effccl from 91h March, 2006.

(2) of sextion X of the Principal Acl the following shall lx suhstilurad, namely :- "To prescribe the syllabus Far prinliq (Class I to Y), rniddlc (Class VI Lo VlII) standard, Urdu Adeeb, Urdu Mahir, Urdu Moallim, Moulvi, (High School), Aalirn (Higher Swondary) High School and Higher Secondary correspondence cauncs or Madarsa Education, and 10 arrange for thc conduc~ OF heir examinations and 10 award ccrlificatcs,"
