This Act sets up the Lok Aayog in Chhattisgarh to inquire into complaints of corruption and misconduct against public servants, including Ministers. It sets out the matters the Lok Aayog cannot inquire into, how reports concerning the Chief Minister are dealt with, its staff, and the secrecy of information it gathers. The Lok Aayog may also make suggestions for improving administration.
