(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Kaneenika Upropan (Corneal Grafting) Adhiniyam, 1982. (2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
