Short title, extent and commencement. 1.
- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) (Amendment) Act, 2017.
- (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
- (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
