(I) Thi_s Act may be cailed the Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh l'arKar(Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, . Short title and 3. (2) It shall come into force with effect from the lstApril,2014. After clause (fl) of sub-section ( l) of Section of the Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal Ke Pravesh Par Kar Adhiniyam, (No. of 1976), (here-in-after referred to as the Principal Act), the following shall be inserted, namely:- "(fff) .. Market Value" means the value at which the goods are generally sold in the market or where the goods are not generally sold in the market or the correct sale price thereof is not ascertainable, such value as may be notified by the State Government." commencement.
