Power to remove difficulty.
The Madhya Pradesh Destruction of Records Law Extension Act, 1965If in consequence of anything contained in this Act, any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Act extended by sub-Section (1) of Section 3 the State Government may, by order notified in the Gazette, make such provisions or give such directions as appear to it to be necessary for the removal of the difficulty.The first Schedule[See Sub-section (2) of Section 3]The Destruction of Records Act, 1917 (V of 1917) Section 1.
