The Chhattisgarh Civil Court (Amendment) Act, 2016

Short title and commencement. -

1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2016.
2. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Amendment of Section 6 of Act No. 16 of 1957. - In Section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Courts Act, 1957 (No. 16 of 1957), for the word "two lakh", the words "ten lakh" shall be substituted.
